Turkish Historical Series Kurulus Osman has been a series close to the hearts of not only Turkish people, but the people worldwide also, especially of Muslim countries. Kurulus Osman which aired for the first time in 2019 after the end of a huge milestone Diriliş: Ertuğrul, achieved huge milestones. It became the most viewed Turkish Series Worldwide. Still, even after the release of Selahaddin Eyyubi and Mehmed Fetihler Sultani, last year, Kurulus Osman has maintained its ratings.
Season 6 of this series was launched recently by the makers on 10th of October 2024. After the fall back of season 5, season 6 has made a magnificent start. Its 12 episodes have been aired so far. Some anxiety prevailed among the people when the next episode was not released as per 01-01-2025.
Why Wednesday went Episode less?
Kurulus Osman’s episodes unleash every Wednesday in Türkiye and every Thursday internationally. But this week there were only sorrows for the fans. There was no episode launched this week.
Reason One of the causes of episode 177 not coming on air is said to be “New Year”. Likewise, Mehmed Fetihler Sultani’s episode was also not released this week due to same reason. People engagement in new year’s celebration might damage series TRP. Another reason which came insight is that Türkiye has some local soccer tournament scheduled in the starting days of January, starting from 7th January, probably. Turkish people really prefer it on any other entertainment. That might be a bigger reason of not airing next episode this week. Nevertheless, its officially announced that episode 177 of Kurulus Osman is going to be released on 15th January, Wednesday in Türkiye and its following day internationally.
